REGISTRATION

       Before you start to do your shopping there is a chance to register yourself into a customer database in a section.
       In a registration form, you are asked to state your valid data, as these are automatically added into an order form. Data, marked with * are compulsory. In a column e-mail, please, state the address of your actual mailbox. The data are verified as soon as you realize the first order. In case of incorrect or misleading information, we are not able to realize your order !
       After the registration you will get into your own user menu, where after finishing the shopping, your personal data will be automatically transferred into the order form just as you stated them in registration.
       Than you have a choice to monitor the state of your orders in a section "order file" and also there is a chance to "customer data correction". In case that you forget your password, we will send it to you after filling in the data in a section Forgot your password ? After finishing your activity, you can exit the menu by "log out".

MAILBOX INFORMATION:

       To our registered customers will be sent regular information about news, special offers, competitions and other events.
       In case you do not wish to obtain any information into your mailbox, you can block this option in you menu in the section - change data - by marking the column to allow or block and change it by a click.

PRIVACY POLICY

       By filling in the registration form at our website, you provide us with all required information.
       These information will be used by our company to contact our customers - name, address and phone number are solely used for delivery of the ordered products to customers, e-mail address is used for sending information about the ordered products and also about news, special offers, competitions and other events.
       The other information in our registration form is used for our marketing purposes. Following these, we can update our website to fit a concrete segment of users.
       Information, which are sent to our database by our users are immediately coded. At short notice, we are going to introduce a cryptic communication through SSL layer (https protocol).
       We undertake not to bestow any information about our customers to any third part at any circumstances.

       According to an amount of purchased products, you have a chance to get a discount of the total price following the purchase category:

2. Loyality bonus.

       According to the total amount of purchased products during the calendar year, you have also a chance to get a loyality bonus for the next year, which will be calculated every year on the date 1.1. Bonus will be add to the discount with one purchase and will be actual during the year.

CAUSION:
       Discounts apply only to those titles, which are practicably available. Concerning that, our database contains a great amount of titles and not all can be in storage at the moment of your order. A situation can occur when a title is meanwhile eliminated from a distribution by a concrete distributor and that is why we wouldn't be able to supply it.
       This means that if your order is on the verge of two different discounts, the lower discount would be applied for the remaining order. In case such situation occurs, you have a chance to fill in the order by an alternative product in a form of subsidiary order and get back into a higher discount category.
       A customer would be notified in of his/her order file (at the particular title, which is unavailable) and also by e-mail. We reserve the right to deliver the goods in a later term as is stated at particular titles, eventually not to deliver it at all for the reasons stated above.
       Shopping discounts are rounded to the nearest whole or simple sum according to the mathematical rounding rule.
       Products with prices reduced due to a special offer are not included in a discount!
       !!! It is possible to use the price discount only by means of the virtual shop. In real shops mentioned discounts are not valid and each purchase is rated individually according to realized shopping !!!

PRODUCT SEARCH

       Write the name of the sought artist into a search entry. It is enough to write initial letters at the minimum of three characters. Than click "Search". Automatically you will get into an advanced search where you can find more entries as it is sought according to a certain string.
       In case you are not successful in your search, you can specify the text in the advanced search (when looking for an artist, it is necessary to list the surname first and just than the first name - e.g. ADAMS BRYAN - , MAE VANESSA - etc.) If you know the name of the distributor that is distributing the title you are looking for, you can specify it in a next entry as well as the medium you require. After filling in all the criteria, click "Search".

Note: : For a faster search, use the gap and a dash (-) behind the name of the artist ( e.g.: MAE VANESSA - )

       If you want to see the complete catalogue of artists and titles from a concrete distributor, do not write anything into a text entry, specify the name of the distributor and leave the choice "all" in an entry medium. There appears a catalogue of artists in an alphabetic order, where you can browse by clicking the individual sites. Follow the same route when you want to see the complete menu according to concrete medium.
       If you demand a direct choice of the initial letter of an artist in our catalogue, click the required letter, in case that the initial sigh is a number, you can choose it by a direct choice as well.

Tip: : If you search for a soundtrack or compilation of various artists, write following into the search entry: soundtrack; o.s.t.; ost - ; v.a or various.

HOW TO DO THE SHOPPING - SHOPPING CART

       Once you find a required title in our database, you have a chance to add it into your shopping cart by clicking the reference "buy" on the right side of the line, next to the title. The title will be automatically transferred into your shopping cart in amount of one piece.
       You can change the amount of one titles in an entry pieces. When filling in the required amount click "count the shopping cart" or press enter. By this, the final price of ordered products will change according to the last ordered amount.
       You can remove a title from your shopping cart by indication on the right side of the line, next to the title or writing a zero into the entry pieces. Than press the "count the shopping cart" again or press enter.
       Any changes made in the shopping cart must be confirmed by clicking the key "count the shopping cart".
       When finished, check your ordered titles by a click on View Shopping cart and if you want to send your order and you are registered, it is enough to click "sent order". In case that you are not registered user you must correctly fill in all data in the order form which are marked by * and then click "sent order".

PAYMENT:

       After making an order, you can pay the products beforehand through the on-line services TatraPay, CardPay, e-payment VUB or by credit transfer or postal order to our account no.: 2625151801/1100; with name: DOORZ Music & Video, Národná 3, 010 01 Žilina. As a variable symbol state the ID number of your order (shown at sending the form or in a mail you receive in your mailbox) on behalf of the quick identification of the payment. For foreign customers we present following account number profile:
                         IBAN: SK30 1100 0000 0026 2515 1801, BIC (SWIFT) TATRSKBX.
       As soon as we obtain the payment, we will satisfy the order according to the term of delivery stated at individual titles.
       Products can be sent to you also by the form of "cash on delivery" by Slovak postal service, or through delivery service ( only in Slovak Republic ). Customers from Žilina and near area can pay ordered products in our real store in Žilina.
       You will be charged the prices stated at particular mediums at the time of ordering them (what means that consecutive price increase or reduction will not influence your already made order.) For the consignment pay to your deliveryman or in a post office.
       Together with the merchandise you will be given a delivery record, where you can find specified individual purchased items and also calculated VAT. This record together with pay receipt from the postal service serve as a tax record useful for eventual booking.

CAUSION:

       We RECOMMEND our foreign customers to contact us before making an order and to pay for the order by e-payment after discussing the ability to deliver the ordered products. Failing which the fees connected with reject of the e-payment abroad can reach the sum of 10.- to 26,50 € which would be withdrawn from your payment.

       To a customer who does not take over the consignment in an appointed term, we would try to deliver it again. In this case the customer would be charged 5,90 € for postage at any worth of the purchase. After iterant unsuccessful delivery, the customer will be contacted and notified and we will suggest another way of assumption of his merchandise.

TERM OF DELIVERY

       The titles in our database are always adjoined by information as release day and availability, which we always try to adhere. However, there can be a situation, when some titles are temporarily sold out; the term of a title launch into distribution is changed - postponed to a later term ( or a title is defenitely out of distribution ). In such case, we reserve the right to change the delivery time ( or not to delivery the ordered product ). At that time, we ask for sufferance for we will do our best to deliver the ordered products as soon as possible.

SALES RETURNS

       To each medium sold to a customer by our virtual shop applies a guarantee period of 24 months.
       To avoid frequent reclamation, the medium (LP, CD, CD-ROM, MD, DVD where possible) will pass the checkout. This means that each of these mediums will be unwrap from the safety foil and physically checked for the mechanical damage. We adopted this procedure following our several years experiences gained in running our real stores. Occasionally the safety foil on a medium can cover a damage caused at manufacturing or distribution of the product. The customer will be informed about the checkout in an attached delivery record together with the name of the person who provided the checkout.
       In case that even on such a product there is a manufacturing defect as sound or picture dropout or inferior sound or picture track and the like, it is necessary to send it back by return to following address: DOORZ Music & Video, Národná 3, Žilina 010 01, eventually to contact our customer department on the e-mail address doorz@doorz.sk, or phone number +421-41-5620422.
       It is necessary to attach to a merchandise a delivery record with an accurate description of the fault ! This product will be exchanged for an impeccable within 30 days, or in case that the exchange is not possible you will get a full refund.
       The same applies to MC and VHS mediums.

It is not possible to accept following types of reclamations:

• Mediums LC, CD, CD-ROM, MD, DVD - damaged by inexpert manipulation by a customer, scratched, stained attached booklet, damaged safety hologram shield
• Mediums MC, VHS - crumpled, stained, torn, damaged safety hologram shield or attached booklet

       Merchandise, which will be exchanged according to admitted reclamation, will be send to your address free of charge (at our expenses).
